abstract = {RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo de investigación se muestra la realización de un estudio de alternativas de aprovechamiento de los residuos agrícolas como el café, la palma de aceite, el maíz y el arroz con el fin de desarrollar modelos de biorrefinería a escala laboratorio, estableciendo las cantidades de materias primas, residuos, materiales, equipos y herramientas requeridas para tal fin. De esta manera se pretende ayudar a impulsar la innovación y la bioeconomía ayudando a conseguir grandes cambios económicos, sociales y ambientales, así como también mejorar las desigualdades de género en el medio rural.},
