El trasplante renal es el tratamiento de elección en el diagnóstico de enfermedad renal crónica 
puesto que mejora la calidad de vida y aumenta la supervivencia del paciente. Sin embargo, 
existen diferentes variables que interfieren en la evolución del injerto, pudiendo llegar a 
producirse el rechazo del mismo e incluso, en casos extremos, la muerte del individuo. 
Para llegar al diseño del estudio que forma parte de este TFG, se han revisado previamente las 
bases de la investigación clínica y los requisitos éticos y metodológicos.
El principal factor a estudiar en este proyecto ha sido la adherencia al tratamiento 
inmunosupresor; valorándose mediante el cuestionario SMAQ y comparándolo con los niveles 
de fármaco en sangre en los pacientes trasplantados incluidos en el estudio. También se ha 
considerado la variabilidad inter e intraindividual que depende tanto de factores propios del 
paciente como de factores externos. El objetivo era interrelacionar el grado de adherencia 
terapéutica con la variabilidad de los niveles del fármaco inmunosupresor en sangre.},

Kidney transplantation is the treatment of choice in the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease since 
it improves quality of life and increases patient survival. However, there are different variables 
that interfere with the evolution of the graft, which may lead to its rejection and even, in 
extreme cases, the death of the individual.
To arrive at the design of the study that is part of this project, the bases of clinical research and 
the ethical and methodological requirements have been previously reviewed.
The main factor of study in this project has been the adherence to immunosuppressive 
treatment; being evaluated by means of the SMAQ questionnaire and comparing it with the drug 
levels in blood in the transplant patients included in the study. Inter- and intra-individual 
variability has also been considered, which depends on both the patient's own factors and 
external factors. The objective was to interrelate the degree of therapeutic adherence with the 
variability of the levels of the immunosuppressive drug in the blood.},
