abstract = {RESUMEN: Para realizar este trabajo, se parte de la información correspondiente de cada Club perteneciente a la Liga Santander en la temporada 2020/2021 con los datos de la 2018/2019, obtenida dicha información desde la página Web de los diferentes Clubes en el apartado de Ley de Trasparencia, información económico-financiera de las cuentas anuales e informes de auditoría. Como objetivo general, se plantea el análisis de algunas de las principales variables que presentan los informes de auditoría de cuentas anuales de cada Club, además de sus resultados económico-financieros correspondientes. Entre los resultados más relevantes está la obtención de una opinión favorable de los auditores en todos los Clubes, excepto en el caso del Atlético de Madrid, que recibe una opinión con salvedades. Además, cabe destacar la importancia de la firma multinacional Ernst & Young, que es la responsable de revisar el mayor número de Clubes de la Liga Santander. Estos resultados pueden ser de interés para el propio Club, a sus socios y accionistas, sus inversores y a cualquier persona y organismo interesado tanto en el ámbito del fútbol como de la auditoría},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: To carry out this work, we start from the corresponding information of each Club belonging to the Santander League in the 2020/2021 season with the data of the 2018/2019 season, obtained from the website of the different Clubs in the section of the Transparency Law, economic-financial information of the annual accounts and audit reports.
The general objective is to analyze some of the main variables presented in the annual accounts audit reports of each Club, in addition to their corresponding economic-financial results. Among the most relevant results is the favourable opinion of the auditors in all the Clubs, except in the case of Atlético de Madrid, which receives a qualified opinion. In addition, it is worth highlighting the importance of the multinational firm Ernst & Young, which is responsible for reviewing the largest number of Clubs in the Santander League.
