El trabajo se centra en aquellos aspectos del régimen jurídico de los patrimonios separados, los animales y los sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial que ponen en entredicho la exclusiva atribución de personalidad jurídica a la persona física y la persona jurídica.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The aim of this Master's thesis is to study legal personality, an aptitude recognised in our legal tradition for natural and legal persons but which, at present, must be reconsidered in view of the existence of an increasing number of entities and subjects of law, endowed with a certain autonomy, but which escape the previous classification. The thesis focuses on those aspects of the legal regime of separate estates, animals and Artificial Intelligence systems that call into question the exclusive attribution of legal personality to the natural person and the legal person.},
