abstract = {RESUMEN: Este trabajo expone un análisis de toda la normativa de extranjería, tanto de ciudadanos comunitarios como extracomunitarios haciendo hincapié en estos últimos, analizando qué permisos pueden adquirir estas personas para residir en España, y qué requisitos deben cumplir para obtenerlos. Además, se examinan otros aspectos muy relevantes como los retos a los que se enfrentan estas personas tanto para acceder a España como una vez ya en el país, así como el Pacto Mundial de Migración al que se pretende llegar y los delitos que se cometen en el ámbito laboral contra estos trabajadores aprovechándose de su situación de inferioridad. Profundizaremos también en la jurisprudencia más notable al respecto y concluiremos el proyecto destacando los aspectos más significativos de lo estudiado anteriormente, mostrando una crítica razonada sobre los mismos},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This work sets out an analysis of all foreign regulations, both from Community and non EU citizens, emphasizing the latter, analyzing what permits these people can acquire to reside in Spain, and what requirements they must meet to obtain them. In addition, other very relevant aspects are examined such as the challenges faced by these people both to access Spain and once in the country, as well as the Global Migration Pact to be reached and the crimes committed in the workplace against these workers taking advantage of their inferiority situation.
