circunstancias, pero con un denominador común, y es la intervención de las Fuerzas y

abstract = {ABSTRACT: The work that concerns us will be the jurisprudential analysis of four judgments that revolve
around the interpretation made by the Court of Justice of the European Union of Article 3 of
the European Convention on Human Rights.
This article, as we shall see, contains rights that are fundamental pillars of democratic
societies. In this paper, we will see specifically how it applies to different circumstances, but
with a common denominator, and that is the intervention of the State Security Forces and
