abstract = {RESUMEN: La industria pesquera española es un sector tradicional con un positivo sistema productivo pero cuya demanda interna se encuentra en declive. Se enfrenta a una crisis particular, no puede vivir más anclada en el pasado. El consumidor está cambiando sus hábitos de vida y de alimentación por lo que debe renovarse para conseguir volver a captar su atención. Pese a ser la mayor de Europa por volumen de capturas, el 19.14% del total en el Mediterráneo y la mayor flota, con casi un 25% de la capacidad comunitaria (Fuente Eurostat), las últimas tendencias de consumo no son nada positivas, cada vez comemos menos pescado propio.},
