abstract = {RESUMEN: El objetivo de este trabajo es encontrar las empresas productoras más eficientes técnicamente de España en un intervalo de tiempo, desde 2009 a 2019.
Tras un análisis de dos metodologías paramétricas, tanto estocástica como determinista, hallamos la Frontera de posibilidades de Producción de ambas mediante el método de Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios (MCO).
Después se usarán los índices de Eficiencia Técnica de ambos modelos para resolver cuál de las empresas productivas es más eficiente. Además, se incluirá un ranking de dichas empresas.
Sin embargo, utilizaremos de forma significativa el análisis determinístico debido a que el estocástico mide la eficiencia técnica media del periodo, lo que conlleva a una pérdida de información.
Los resultados de este trabajo muestran que las empresas eléctricas más eficientes por el modelo determinístico son Endesa, Iberdrola y Naturgy.
Cabe resaltar que, hemos identificado que las empresas productoras más eficientes son de fuentes no renovables.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to find the most Technically Efficient producing companies in Spain in a time interval: from 2009 to 2019.
After an analysis of two parametric methodologies, both stochastic and deterministic, we find the Production Frontier using the Ordinary Least Square method (OLS).
Therefore, the Technical Efficiency indexes of both models will be used to solve which of the productive enterprises is more efficient. In addition, a ranking of these companies will be included. However, we will meaningfully use the deterministic analysis because the stochastic measure the average technical efficiency of the period, which leads to a loss of information.
The results of this work show that the most efficient energy companies by the deterministic model are Endesa, Iberdrola and Naturgy.
Finally, we have identified that the most efficient producing companies are from non-renewable sources.},
