abstract = {RESUMEN: Con las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) el mundo laboral a cambiado de manera genérica. A lo largo de las siguientes páginas intentare desde un lado objetivo, introducirnos cuales son esos cambios y de que maneras directas nos afecta en el mercado laboral al que estamos sometidos hoy en día.
- En el primer capitulo desarrollaremos la conexión que infligen de forma directa estos nuevos dispositivos de trabajo con el puesto de trabajo, así como su relación directa con la prevención de riesgos laborales, desde el punto de vista de disminución de las físicas. Así como lo opuesto y la creación de nuevos riesgos para el trabajador. Por último los diferentes tipos de enfermedades como resultado de su utilización.
- A continuación, hablaremos de la principal corriente que se ha generado con estos nuevos sistemas. Esta corriente es el teletrabajo, la forma de trabajo que a revolucionado a las estrategias de los recursos humanos desde las ultimas décadas, por la manera directa en la que las funciones laborales están sometidas a los dispositivos digitales. Comentaremos los tipos de teletrabajo y sus características, el marco legal al que ha estado sometido en su evolución. Por último, los beneficios y perdidas que supone implantar esta nueva medida de trabajo, todo ello, con el fin de comprenderlo a mayor medida.
- Por último, en el tercer capitulo, desarrollaremos una de los grandes problemas que supone para la PRL en estos tiempos por la composición de la temática hablada en los dos anteriores capítulos, el estrés laboral. Puesto que se ha visto agravado con el uso de estas tecnologías y ya que las características del teletrabajo son las idóneas para ser el responsable de este fenómeno. Para finalizar comentamos sus principales tipos y la forma de prevenirlos, así como la legislación que permite parar los pies a esta relación tan directa con este problema y las nuevas tecnologías, el derecho a la desconexión.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: With the new information and communication technologies (ICT) the world of work has changed in a general way. Throughout the following pages I will try from an objective side, to introduce you to any such changes and in what direct ways they affect us in the labour market to which we are subjected today.
- In the first chapter we will develop the connection that these new work devices directly inflict with the workplace, as well as their direct relationship with the prevention of occupational risks, from the point of view of reducing physical risks. As well as the opposite and the creation of new risks for the worker. Finally, the different types of diseases as a result of its use.
- Next, we will talk about the first current that has been generated with these new systems. This trend is teleworking, the form of work that has revolutionized human resources strategies in the last decades, due to the direct way in which work functions are subjected to digital devices.
Furthermore, these types of telework and their characteristics will be investigated, the legal framework to which they have been subjected in its evolution and finally the benefits and losses of implementing these new work measures, all in order to understand them to a greater extent.
- Finally, in the third chapter, one of the great problems that LRP poses in these times due to the composition of the topic discussed in the two previous chapters will be looked into; work stress.
