abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis del espacio, donde actualmente se localiza el polígono industrial de Heras, atendiendo a las causas que llevaron a su transformación y a las actividades que se llevaron a cabo en cada periodo.
Primeramente, se pretende dar una explicación de las diferentes etapas por las que ha
pasado este espacio durante los siglos XIX, XX y XXI, desde sus inicios como
marisma, hasta su transformación industrial. Finalmente, a través de los datos obtenidos
de las empresas que se prestaron a cooperar en una encuesta, se pretende exponer cuál
es la realidad actual del polígono.},

of Heras is currently located, taking into account the causes that led to its transformation
