abstract = {RESUMEN: En este trabajo se abarcará el turismo industrial como actividad económica relativamente reciente, partiendo de un abordaje de sus orígenes y significación cultural en relación con el concepto y entendimiento de su aspecto patrimonial para el conjunto de la sociedad. A partir de la conceptualización del turismo industrial, se expondrán sus tipos según la perspectiva de observación, así como las ventajas y beneficios, e inconvenientes y reticencias que se derivan de las propuestas del turismo industrial. Por otro lado, se hace una reflexión en particular sobre su beneficio en cuanto a su carácter diversificador de la economía y en cuanto a su sostenibilidad. Como colofón del proyecto se expone un análisis concreto del modelo y las propuestas de turismo industrial en España, así como su regulación normativa, y destacando a su vez ciertos ejemplos de dicha actividad tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, finalmente concluyendo con una exposición en cuanto a la valorización como tal del turismo industrial.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: In this work, industrial tourism will be covered as a relatively recent economic activity, starting from its origins and cultural importance regarding the concept and understanding of its heritage for society. From this initial approach to industrial tourism, it will be presented the different existing types of activities, depending on the perspective of the company, as well as the advantages/benefits, and disadvantages and difficulties that derive from the proposals of industrial tourism. On the other hand, the aspect of the activity as a relevant diversifier of the economy and sustainability it will be particularly covered. Finally, it will be presented a concrete analysis of the model and proposals for industrial tourism in Spain, as well as its regulation, highlighting certain examples of such activity both at a national and international level, concluding with a final exposition regarding to the valorisation of industrial tourism.},
