abstract = {RESUMEN: La actividad turística presenta para la economía española una importante fuente de ingresos.
Por ello cada vez es más importante conocer cuáles son los intereses del turista que visita
nuestra ciudad (Santander), qué le hace elegirla como destino turístico, la calificación que
este otorga a un servicio, un espacio o los atractivos turísticos que ofrece una ciudad, es
poseer una herramienta para mejorar la calidad de la misma. Para conseguirlo, se tendrían
que realizar e implantar actuaciones de mejora.
En el caso de estudio de este trabajo, se analizarán las características del turismo cultural,
así como los principales lugares de interés turístico en Santander incluyendo bienes de
interés cultural. Finalmente,se llevará a cabo el análisis de una encuesta realizada en el mes
de abril de 2021 a turistas mayoritariamente españoles para conocer su opinión en cuanto a
la oferta cultural que ofrece la ciudad de Santander.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: Tourism is an important source of income for the Spanish economy. It is therefore
increasingly important to know what the interests of tourists visiting our city (Santander) are,
what makes them choose it as a tourist destination, the rating they give to a service, a space
or the tourist attractions offered by a city, is to have a tool to improve the quality of the city.
To achieve this, improvement actions would have to be carried out and implemented.
In the case study of this work, the characteristics of cultural tourism will be analysed, as well
as the main places of tourist interest in Santander, including assets of cultural interest.
