abstract = {RESUMEN: Se ha estudiado la oferta de establecimientos extra-hoteleros en toda la comarca de Campoo
y más en concreto en la Hermandad de Campoo de Suso que es el municipio donde se
localiza la finca que dará albergue al proyecto- oferta de alojamientos, servicios y distintivos,
cercanía a los núcleos urbanos, y a los espacios de actividad deportiva. Se ha evaluado la
realidad de la zona y el aumento de afluencia turística experimentado en los últimos años en
Cantabria teniendo en cuenta que el mayor porcentaje de turismo es el de campo y playa.
También se ha considerado la competencia existente en la zona, y se ha llegado a la
conclusión que plantear este proyecto de apartamentos turísticos de cuatro llaves en chalets
pareados es una apuesta realista, con posibilidades de éxito y que tiene espacio en el
mercado, ya que no existe un aojamiento similar en la zona.
Nace con la vocación de diferenciarse y ser exclusivo, con prácticas responsables hacia el
medio ambiente que se materializarán en todo el proyecto y en su orientación. La calidad de
sus materiales de construcción que evocan la naturaleza (madera, piedra...), el moderado
precio para la calidad que se ofrece, y su excelente ubicación con “acceso directo a la
naturaleza”, y servicios de la zona, creo, determinará su éxito.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: I have studied the offer of extra-hotel establishments throughout the region of Campo and
more specifically in the Brotherhood of Campoo of Suso- which is the municipality where the
