abstract = {RESUMEN. Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la influencia que tuvo el factor humano
en las causas y consecuencias del accidente del crucero Costa Concordia,
relacionando directamente estos dos conceptos en la primera hipótesis. Se
contextualizan los avances de la navegación a lo largo de la historia, la
legislación marítima y se nombran estudios que relacionan el factor humano con
la seguridad a bordo.
Mediante un diagrama DAFO, un diagrama Ishikawa y un diagrama de Pareto,
se realiza un estudio de las causas que motivaron el accidente del crucero Costa
Concordia.
Este estudio académico, basado en el conocimiento crítico, demuestra que el
factor humano condicionó las malas decisiones de los tripulantes del crucero
Costa Concordia que originó el desastre de su hundimiento y la perdida de vidas
humanas.},

it’s directly related on the human factor. The navigation’s advances throughout
history and the maritime legislation are contextualized, and it mentions studies
that relate the human factor to safety on board.
