abstract = {RESUMEN: Observando ciertas dudas entre los agentes de viajes sobre el futuro de su profesión en las
agencias de viajes del siglo XXI, se plantea un proceso de investigación para analizar la
situación actual, realizando un diagnóstico que señala las fortalezas y debilidades internas,
así como las amenazas y oportunidades externas a la profesión. A partir de ahí, se presenta
un plan de acción con una estrategia basada en potenciar las fortalezas y aprovechar las
oportunidades, ofreciendo una serie de conclusiones finales que ponen de manifiesto la
certidumbre de la autora sobre la viabilidad futura de la profesión.},
