abstract = {RESUMEN: El turismo es una actividad que está en constante evolución, es importante que las empresas turísticas se adapten a los nuevos entornos y necesidades de los turistas. Este estudio abre los ojos hacia una realidad que tenemos delante de nuestras puertas ¿Qué es la robótica? ¿inteligencia artificial? ¿estamos preparados para que se introduzca en nuestra sociedad? Estas y otras preguntas son las que se abordarán en este trabajo. Con ello se pretende realizar un análisis de la robótica aplicada al ámbito turístico, comenzando con algunas de las preguntas presentadas anteriormente.
Nos inmiscuiremos en el mundo de la robótica, comprendiendo el concepto, conociendo su historia, lenguaje, costes, aplicaciones y algunos de los proyectos aplicados al turismo, tanto de ámbito mundial como nacional. Finalmente quiero hacer una reflexión sobre la interacción de la robótica y el ser humano.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: Tourism is an activity that is in constant evolution, it is important that the tourist companies adapt to the new environments and needs of the tourists. This study opens the eyes towards a reality that we have in front of our doors. What is robotics? What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Are we prepared for it to be incorporated into our society? These and other questions are those that will be addressed in this dissertation. An analysis of the robotics applied to the tourist sector will be carried out, with some of the aforementioned questions as a starting point. We will delve into the world of robotics both at a national and international level with the aim of understanding the concept, tracing the history of AI, its language, costs, applications and a number of the projects applied within the tourist sector. Finally, a reflection will be made on the interaction of robotics with human beings.},
