abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis de la crisis económica de 2008 atendiendo a sus causas y su desarrollo. Por una parte, se pretende dar una explicación de como los cambios que sufrieron las economías occidentales en los últimos años del siglo XX sentaron las bases para el surgimiento de una gran burbuja inmobiliaria a principios del XXI la cual terminó estallando 2008 generando una crisis financiera a nivel global. Y por otra parte, se pretende exponer cómo esta crisis afectó a la economía española generando su propio periodo de recesión económica.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The present project seek to carry out an analysis of the 2008 economic crisis attending at the causes and it s development. On the one hand, it’s intended to give an explanation of how the changes that Western economies suffered in the last years of the 20th century laid the foundations for the emergence of a large real housing bubble at the beginning of the 21st which ended up exploding in 2008 generating a financial crisis in global level. And on the other hand, it is intended to expose how this crisis affected the Spanish economy, generating its own period of economic recession.},
