abstract = {RESUMEN: La legislación turística marca el ámbito de actuación para todo tipo de empresas privadas y públicas, muchas de estas legislaciones autonómicas han ido evolucionando y reinventándose para definir mejor sus competencias, la figura de municipio turístico está presente en muchas de ellas, pero el concepto y sus condiciones son muy variables y diferentes en cada una de ellas. Es por este hecho, que se analizaran las legislaciones autonómicas y sus particularidades.
Para conseguir ofrecer una visión más practica se analizarán dos ejemplos y se contrastarán con la legislación en cuestión.},
