abstract = {En este trabajo se estudiará la eficiencia del sector hotelero en España en el periodo de tiempo 2014-2018, el estudio se realizará mediante un análisis envolvente de datos (DEA) calculado a través del programa RStudio. El sector hotelero, presenta como datos un output que es “ingresos de explotación” y tres inputs que son “inmovilizado material”, “materiales” y “gastos de personal” de 57 empresas. Con estos datos se realizará un análisis DEA-BCC (Banker, Charnes y Cooper, 1984) con inputs orientados, en el que se estudiarán los Rendimientos Variables a Escala (RVE), Rendimientos Constantes a Escala (RCE) y la Eficiencia a Escala (EE) para así saber si estas empresas, en media, optimizan sus insumos y resultan eficientes en estos años.},

Using these data, a DEA-BCC analysis (Banker, Charnes and Cooper, 1984) with oriented inputs will be performed, in which Variable Returns to Scale (RVE), Constant Returns to Scale (RCE) and Scale Efficiency ( EE) in order to know whether these companies, on average, optimize their inputs and are efficient in these years.},
