abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo, pretende realizar un estudio de las diversas reformas efectuadas por el Código Penal en el ámbito de los delitos sexuales a menores, centrándose en la elevación de la edad de consentimiento sexual, con la consiguiente aparición de la cláusula prevista en el artículo 183 quater del Código Penal y lo que ello conlleva. Se pretende hacer un análisis de dicha cláusula, hablando no sólo de la naturaleza jurídica de la misma, sino, también, de los requisitos necesarios para su aplicación.
