abstract = {RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se expone todos los derechos y libertades reconocidos y garantizados a un trabajador migrante. Por consiguiente, se tendrán en cuenta las diferentes legislaciones que los regulan y si su condición regular o irregular permite el ejercicio de dichos derechos. Con todo ello, se pone de manifiesto las desigualdades ante la Ley, así como las diferencias entre el trato, entre los nacionales y los no nacionales, desde el punto de vista laboral.},
