abstract = {RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se investiga sobre cómo afecta la violencia de género a los menores que conviven en el mismo entorno que la mujer maltratada. Para ello, se tendrán en cuenta las consecuencias físicas y psicológicas que sufren los menores, así como la normativa existente en España al respecto y las soluciones que ofrecen los Juzgados en diversas sentencias. Con todo ello, se pone de manifiesto que, en la actualidad, no se llevan a cabo acciones suficientes encaminadas a ayudar a estos menores testigos de la violencia que se ejerce contra sus madres.},
