abstract = {RESUMEN: Este trabajo recoge una breve exposición de los antecedentes, desde la llegada de la Constitución Española en 1978, del modelo de financiación autonómica vigente en España. Asimismo, se detalla la estructura del modelo común seguido por la mayoría de las CCAA, así como, el régimen especial de las comunidades forales del País Vasco y Navarra. Por último, se analiza la evolución en la recaudación de diferentes tributos (IVA e IRPF) en los años más recientes de nuestra historia y la repercusión que ha tenido la política tributaria de cada gobierno autonómico en dichos ingresos.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This project includes a brief explanation of the current Regions Financing Model background, since the arrival of the Spanish Constitution in 1978. Likewise, the structure of the common model followed by the majority of the regions, as well as, the special system of the privileged regions (País Vasco and Navarra) are detailed. Finally, the evolution in the collection of different taxes (V.A.T. and Personal Income Taxes) in the most recent years of our history and the tax policy impact of each autonomous government are analyzed.},
