abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo estudia el sistema educativo español en la etapa de la educación primaria a través de la Ley Orgánica que lo organiza actualmente: la LOMCE, así como de los verdaderos intereses y mecanismos que hay detrás de ella. A través del análisis de los conceptos en los que incide la LOMCE, el presente trabajo pretende arrojar luz demostrando que se trata de un modelo educativo neoliberal, sometido a intereses mercantiles que poco tienen que ver con la justicia social o el bienestar y desarrollo humano integral. En búsqueda de otro modelo educativo transformador de la sociedad desigual que provoca el modelo económico capitalista, se reflexiona sobre la pedagogía crítica como herramienta para frenar el avance del neoliberalismo y sobre las posibilidades de este tipo de pedagogía basada en el pensamiento crítico, la praxis revolucionaria, la dialéctica y la promoción de la solidaridad dentro del propio sistema educativo español propuesto por la LOMCE.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This paper studies the Spanish educational system in elementary school stage through the Organic Law which currently organizes it: the LOMCE, as well as the real interests and mechanisms behind it. Through the analysis of the concepts in which the LOMCE works, this paper aims to shed light demonstrating that this is a neoliberal educational model, subject to mercantile interests which have little to do with social justice or well-being and integral human development. In search of another educational model that transform the unequal society caused by the capitalist economic model, it is reflected on the critical pedagogy as a tool to stop the advance of neoliberalism and on the possibilities of this kind of pedagogy based on critical thinking, revolutionary praxis, dialectics and the promotion of the solidarity in the Spanish educational system proposed by the LOMCE.},
