abstract = {RESUMEN. Las Mesas son el principal órgano rector de los Parlamentos españoles. Tienen como función la de dirigir la vida interna de la Cámara. Están formadas por un Presidente, Vicepresidentes y Secretarios. La función del Presidente es muy relevante, correspondiéndole al del Congreso funciones de relaciones con el Rey. A los Vicepresidentes les corresponde sustituir al Presidente y a los Secretarios les corresponde dar fe de los acuerdos adoptados en las sesiones a las que asista, así como, cualesquiera otras que se les encomiende},
