abstract = {El Modelo Pedagógico de Educación Deportiva fue creado por Siedentop
y aunque tiene un gran auge en los países de habla anglosajona es poco
conocido y extendido en nuestro país. Por ello, el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado
tiene como objetivo conocer el funcionamiento del modelo de Educación
Deportiva profundizando en el conocimiento de sus características y bases
pedagógicas, así como sus aplicaciones didácticas en el sistema educativo
español.
Para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica en las bases de datos
Dialnet, Scielo y TESEO, para buscar información acerca del modelo y su
aplicación escolar, obteniendo un total de 764 documentos. Tras filtrar los
resultados y aplicar los criterios de inclusión, se obtuvieron un total de 9
documentos. Posteriormente, se realizó un análisis exhaustivo de cada uno de
ellos, revisando esos 9 documentos. La mayor parte de estos son artículos
aunque también se cuenta con una tesis doctoral y varios capítulos de libros.
Toda esta literatura está enfocada al modelo de educación deportiva y su
aplicación en el ámbito escolar remarcando los beneficios que este produce
sobre los deportistas, así como las posibles mejoras y aspectos a tener en cuenta
a la hora de su aplicación 
Tras el análisis se destaca que el modelo de Educación Deportiva al ser
aplicado cumple con las características establecidas por el modelo aunque
estipula un número de temporadas inferior al establecido en el modelo
produciéndose adaptaciones que pueden alejarse de los objetivos del modelo.
Sin duda, se requiere de un gran conocimiento y dominio de este para poder ser
aplicado.
Por otra parte, se destaca la importancia de este modelo ya que produce
efectos positivos a nivel educativo, social, relacional y psicológico.},
abstract = {The Pedagogical Model of Sports Education was created by Siedentop
and although it has a great boom in English-speaking countries it is little known
and widespread in our country. Therefore, this End of Degree Work aims to know
the fundamentals of the Sports Education model deepening on its characteristics
and pedagogical bases, as well as its teaching applications in the Spanish
educational system.
For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out in Dialnet,
Scielo and TESEO databases, searching for information about the model and its
school application, obtaining a total of 764 documents. After filtering the results
and applying the inclusion criteria, a total of 9 documents were obtained. Most of
these are articles although there is also a PhD thesis and several book chapters.
All this literature is focused on the model of sports education and its application
in the school field highlighting the benefits produced on athletes, as well as its
possible improvements and aspects to consider when applying.
After the analysis it is highlighted that the application of the Sports
Education model meets the characteristics established by the model although it
stipulates a lower number of seasons than those established in the model,
producing adaptations that can move away from the model's objectives. Without
a doubt, it takes a great deal of knowledge and mastery for being applied.
On the other hand, the importance of this model is highlighted as it
produces positive effects at the educational, social, relational and psychological
level.},
