abstract = {RESUMEN: Al ser la maternidad subrogada un método ilegal en nuestro país, los nacionales que pretenden acceder a ella tienen que desplazarse a países en los que está permitida, encontrándose, a su retorno, con numerosos problemas jurídicos. Dichos problemas aparecen cuando pretenden acceder a dos fines: la inscripción en el Registro Civil del recién nacido y el acceso a la prestación por nacimiento y cuidado de menor. Por ello, ambas situaciones serán tratadas y desarrolladas en el presente trabajo.},
