abstract = {RESUMEN Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado estudia el uso del cine y de los medios audiovisuales dentro del aula de Educación Primaria, especialmente en el área de inglés. A través de la recopilación de información de diversos autores especializados en este tema, se ha desarrollado un ensayo en el cual se examina el cine como recurso didáctico dentro de los centros escolares, observando su relación con el ámbito educativo y descifrando los conocimientos y valores que aportan a los alumnos gracias a su uso. Asimismo, se exponen las ventajas y desventajas que este aporta al aula como herramienta pedagógica y se busca la manera de poder incorporarlo tanto en el currículum como en todas las disciplinas trabajadas en la escuela.
Este ensayo se centrará especialmente en la materia de inglés, planteando distintas actividades y técnicas para usar este elemento en las clases y mostrando una serie de pautas que el docente deberá seguir a la hora de querer emplear este medio audiovisual dentro de dicha área. Posteriormente, se expondrá una propuesta didáctica donde, a través de la película “Beauty and the Beast” en inglés con subtítulos y una serie de actividades con relación a su visualización, se comprobará los beneficios del cine. Se demostrará que este elemento tiene repercusiones positivas en los estudiantes dentro de la disciplina de inglés mejorando su expresión oral, su comprensión auditiva y su léxico, además de motivarles y potenciar su pensamiento crítico y sus habilidades},
abstract = {ABSTRACT This Final Degree Project studies the use of cinema and audiovisual media within the Primary Education classroom, especially in the English area. Through the collection of information from various authors specialized in this topic, an essay has been developed in which cinema is examined as a didactic resource within schools, observing its relationship with the educational sphere and deciphering the knowledge and values that they contribute to the students thanks to their use. Likewise, the advantages and disadvantages that this brings to the classroom as a pedagogical tool are exposed and the way to incorporate it into the curriculum as well as into all the disciplines worked in the school is looked for.
This essay will focus especially on the subject of English, proposing different activities and techniques to use this element in the classes and showing a series of guidelines that the teacher must follow when wishing to use this audiovisual medium within that area. Later, a didactic proposal will be exposed where, through the film "Beauty and the Beast" in English with subtitles and a series of activities related to its visualization, the benefits of the cinema will be verified. It will be shown that this element has positive repercussions on students in the English discipline improving their oral expression, their listening comprehension and their lexicon, as well as motivating them and strengthening their critical thinking and skills.},
