abstract = {RESUMEN: La participación de las familias en la gestión y control de los Centros que reconoció la Constitución Española ha evolucionado a lo largo del tiempo. Este TFM hace un análisis de las AMPAS, como órgano de participación colectiva de las familias, repasando la legislación, su evolución, considerando aspectos fundamentales de su organización, funciones y relaciones con el resto de la comunidad para así alcanzar una visión de su situación. Para conocer las AMPAS de Cantabria, nuestro trabajo de investigación ha recogido sus experiencias a través de encuestas que revelarán parte de su realidad. Nuestra escasa cultura participativa y asociacionista hace que quede aún mucho por recorrer para alcanzar la participación real y efectiva que deseamos. En este sentido, se hace indispensable para su consecución que todos los agentes que participan en la comunidad educativa se reconozcan como necesarios para mejorar la calidad de la educación a través de sus aportaciones dando así sentido, cohesión y coherencia a su participación.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The participation of families in the management and control of the Centers that recognized the Spanish Constitution has evolved over time. This TFM makes an analysis of AMPAS, as an organ of collective participation of families, reviewing the legislation, its evolution, considering fundamental aspects of its organization, functions and relations with the rest of the community in order to reach a vision of their situation. To know the AMPAS of Cantabria, our research work has collected their experiences through surveys that will reveal part of their reality. Our scarce participatory and associationist culture means that there is still a long way to go to achieve the real and effective participation we desire.
