abstract = {En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se estudia la evolución de la legislación que regula en España los contratos de pasaje, la Ley de Navegación Marítima española que regula en la actualidad este tipo de contratos, las condiciones generales, obligaciones y derechos de las partes. En concreto, se realiza un análisis, de los contratos de pasaje de cuatro navieras principales que ejecutan servicios de línea regular en España, con la finalidad de determinar si las empresas navieras cumplen o no los requisitos que dictan las leyes aplicables. Aplicando una metodología comparativa se llega a la conclusión de que, en general, los contratos cumplen con las exigencias establecidas por la Ley de Navegación Marítima (LNM).},
