abstract = {RESUMEN: Este trabajo trata de analizar la problemática social que surge en el ámbito laboral respecto al aspecto religioso. Se abordarán temáticas como la simbología y la repercusión que surge por introducir imágenes o elementos característicos de una religión, así como la vestimenta de carácter espiritual y los conflictos discriminatorios que pueden surgir tanto en relación con España y su derecho como con los ejemplos incorporados de otros lugares y legislaciones como la italiana, la francesa o la estadounidense que nos aportarán una visión global, tanto de sus similitudes como de sus diferencias, viendo que podemos introducir en nuestra normativa de lo que ya existe en la de otros lugares, para hacerla más completa. De la misma manera, abordaremos el tema de la objeción de conciencia como aquel que conlleva mayores implicaciones tanto en la teoría como en la práctica.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This Project try to analyze the social problem that involve the laboral sphere in relation with the religious aspect. Furthermore, we will study other topics like the symbology and the repercussion of the introduction of images and elements characteristics of the different religions, just as the spiritual clothing and the discriminatory conflicts that can happen as much in Spain and his legislation as in other countries like Italy, France and the United States. These things we will give us a global perspective of his similarity and his differences seeing what elements we can introduce in our normative to do it more complete. Besides, we will aboard the topic of the conscientious objection because this is one of the things with more implications in the theory and practice of this work.},
