abstract = {RESUMEN: El recorrido histórico-político del feminismo debe estudiarse sobre la base de sus momentos ascendentes, que se conocen como olas del feminismo, las cuales reflejan los hitos históricos, políticos y jurídicos más relevantes para poder comprenderlo como filosofía política, como teoría crítica y como movimiento social. Partiendo de tal premisa podemos y debemos hallar herramientas que nos doten de una capacidad analítica y crítica para identificar los mecanismos que operan en la perspectiva masculina a la hora de erigirse en norma social que atraviesa al Derecho, al Estado y la sociedad. La perspectiva de género en el Estado de Derecho ha de jugar un papel de suma importancia en la medida en que el feminismo y el Estado de Derecho se necesitan y complementan por el hecho de que aquél tiene la capacidad de ir por delante de éste planteando debates y asentando una opinión pública en materia de género para su posterior transformación jurídica en derechos e instituciones de nuestro Ordenamiento que favorece el desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de las sociedades democráticas.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The historical-political journey of feminism must be studied on the basis of its ascending moments, which are known as waves of feminism, which reflect the most relevant historical, political and legal milestones in order to understand it as a political philosophy, as a critical theory and as a social movement. Starting from this premise we can and must find tools that provide us with an analytical and critical capacity to identify the mechanisms that operate in the male perspective at the time of becoming a social norm that crosses the Law, the State and society. The gender perspective in the Rule of Law has to play a very important role insofar as feminism and the Rule of Law need and complement each other by the fact that the former has the capacity to go ahead of it by raising discussions and establishing a public opinion regarding gender concerns for its subsequent legal transformation into rights and institutions of our legal order which encourages the development and improvement of democratic societies.},
