abstract = {RESUMEN: En este trabajo se analiza la influencia de las tecnologías Smart en el Índice de Desarrollo Humano. El impacto de las tecnologías Smart y de sus principales componentes al Desarrollo Humano es estimado con una función de producción agregada para las 17 Comunidades Autónomas españolas en el periodo 2012 a 2015. Los resultados permiten concluir que existe un efecto positivo en el desarrollo humano de las tecnologías Smart para el periodo de estudio y con los datos disponibles.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: This paper analyzes the influence of Smart technologies on the Human Development Index. The impact of Smart technologies and their main components on Human Development is estimated with an aggregate production function for the 17 Spanish Autonomous Communities in the period from 2012 to 2015. The results allow us to conclude that there is a positive effect on the human development of the Smart technologies for the study period and with the available data.},
