abstract = {RESUMEN: El mundo actual está en constante cambio. Para adaptarse a él, las empresas recurren a diferentes estrategias como la subcontratación, que se ha convertido en uno de los principales atractivos del entorno empresarial actual. De esta manera, las empresas subcontratan a terceros para que se ocupen de aquellas actividades que no son su actividad principal.
El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es identificar las principales ventajas e inconvenientes de la subcontratación en el sector hotelero y alojamientos similares en Cantabria. A partir de fuentes de información secundarias, bases de datos como el Sistema de Análisis y Balances Ibéricos (SABI), Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) y el Instituto Cántabro de Estadística (ICANE), se lleva a cabo un análisis en profundidad de la subcontratación y del sector.
Para el análisis de las ventajas e inconvenientes, se recurre a la utilización de fuentes de información primarias, concretamente a la elaboración de una encuesta que será analizada a través de la Teoría de Medición de Rasch (TMR). Entre las principales ventajas para los encuestados, destaca la reducción de costes, así como del riesgo que asumen, mientras que, entre los inconvenientes, predomina la dificultad para encontrar proveedores adecuados.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The world today is constantly changing. To adapt to it, companies resort to different strategies such as outsourcing, which has become one of the main attractions of today's business environment. In this way, companies subcontract to third parties to deal with those activities that are not their main activity.
The purpose of this work is to identify the main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in the hotel sector and similar accommodation in Cantabria. From secondary sources of information, databases such as the Iberian Balance and Analysis System (SABI), National Statistics Institute (INE) and the Cantabrian Institute of Statistics (ICANE), an in-depth analysis of the outsourcing and of the sector.
For the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, it is appealed to the use of primary information sources, specifically to the elaboration of a survey that will be analyzed through Rasch's Theory of Measurement (TMR).
