abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente estudio tiene por objeto mostrar la situación actual en la que se encuentran las personas víctimas de violencia de género tras las últimas reformas acaecidas en nuestra legislación. La protección de estas víctimas debe ser una lucha común, en tanto en cuanto afecta a los derechos fundamentales más básicos de nuestro Estado de derecho.
Se analizará para ello la Ley 4/2015, de 27 de abril, del Estatuto de la víctima del delito, la protección especial desde la perspectiva de las oficinas de apoyo, con el estudio de la Ley 35/1995, de 11 de diciembre, de ayudas y asistencia a las víctimas de delitos violentos y contra la libertad sexual. Y en el ámbito regional, se analizará la Ley de Cantabria 1/2004, de 1 de abril, Integral para la prevención de la violencia contra las mujeres y la protección a sus víctimas.},

For this purpose, we are going to analyze the new statute of the victim law. And the special protection offered by support offices with the study of two laws. The first one, Law 35/1995 which is responsible for regulating support offices. And, the second one, in the regional level, the law 1/2004.},
