abstract = {RESUMEN El siguiente trabajo de fin de grado nace de la necesidad de devolver a
las artes plásticas el prestigio que merecen en el ámbito de la educación.
Actualmente, la educación plástica está considerada por debajo de la
importancia que debería, siendo otras materias las que ocupan prácticamente
la totalidad de los planes educativos. Más allá de relacionar el arte en las
escuelas con la creatividad, la expresión o el entretenimiento, redescubriremos
la importancia de la educación plástica para el desarrollo mental del alumnado.
A su vez, se mostrará un proyecto de investigación sobre la influencia de
ejercicios, proyectos y creaciones artísticas sobre otras áreas curriculares. La
dificultad de comprensión de ciertos problemas relacionados con las
matemáticas, nos llevará a observar los resultados de dos grupos de alumnos,
uno influenciado por un proyecto tridimensional de plástica y otro donde no se
diseñe una actividad específica y se siga la línea general de la unidad didáctica
del aula.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT The final project for the final degree is born out of the need to return the
plastic arts to the prestige it deserves from an educational point of view.
Currently, learning with plastics is held below the importance it should, while
working with other materials has taken a larger role in the educational process.
Going beyond the relation between the arts and their creativity, expression or
entertainment, we rediscover the importance of plastic education to aid in the
mental development of students. At the same time, studies have displayed the
influence that working with plastics for exercises, projects and the creation of
three dimensional arts has helped students with other areas of their studies, like
assisting with mathematics problem solving. The difficulties in comprehending
certain problems related to mathematics shows us two groups of students: ones
influenced by three dimensional plastics projects, and others that do not use
any specific activity to learn, and follow general guidelines dictated by the
classroom teachings.},
