abstract = {RESUMEN: El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar los cambios que se producen en la estética de los españoles durante el siglo XIX, los cuales son el resultado de la rápida evolución que se produce en la cultura de la época. En el trabajo de investigación se realiza una aproximación a la moda en la España decimonónica, tanto masculina como femenina, prestando una mayor atención a esta última, que acabaría resultando especialmente sensible a los numerosos cambios político-sociales y avances tecnológicos. Analizaré, también, la difusión de la moda mediante las revistas y la retratística romántica.},
