The only way to communicate was by means of the brands, which offered a lot of products or services. This way, costumers only could listen and decide if they wanted to buy a product or not. When Internet arose, nobody thought that it was going to be the most technological discovery in 20st century. Thanks to this invention we can communicate with people around the world, sell a product to other continents or take part in a social network and. socialize with other members. Fortunately these things have changed. The costumers have a great capacity to choose the best product for them, so the companies have to persuade their public and one of the ways to get the trust or their costumers is to listen and to adapt the product to the necessity of the customer. Despite being a different way of speaking and listening to your costumers, you must behave the same way as if the customer were in your business place. Moreover, we have to remember that when you write a notice or a comment on the internet, it will remain there forever, you can´t change or delete all you want and there are a lot of cases with the same problems like this. Nowadays we have many tools to analyze the results of our social network profiles and with them, we can decide if our market strategy is the best and how different it is from our competitors. The society is constantly changing, so it is necessary that employees, brands, products and services adapt themselves to the necessities of costumers.
