abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo trata sobre diversos aspectos del sector lácteo. El objetivo del mismo es realizar un análisis económico y financiero del sector mencionado, además de conocer factores generales que tienen influencia en él.
Primero, se hablará sobre el sector lácteo desde una perspectiva mundial, en la cual, se explicarán una serie de factores globales que tienen influencia en el sector y junto con esto se ilustrarán gráficas comparativas relativas a países como EEUU, Nueva Zelanda y Australia, en las cuales se ve las diferencias entre ellos. Además de otras gráficas de interés, como por ejemplo, la referida a las importaciones y exportaciones de lácteos en términos mundiales.
Segundo, podremos observar información relativa del sector lácteo bajo la perspectiva europea, dentro de esta, veremos la normativa existente y pasada que regula el sector, además de interesantes gráficas sobre la evolución del precio de la leche, volumen de litros recogidos y exportaciones por parte de la UE.
En tercer lugar, en la perspectiva española, se explicará la importancia del sector dentro del país, el origen de la leche recogida (bovino, caprino y ovino) y tanto la producción como consumo en el país.
Después de dar estas diferentes visiones del sector lácteo, se desarrollará el análisis económico y financiero del sector lácteo en Cantabria. Para ello, se utilizará una base de datos proporcionada por la Universidad de Cantabria, gracias a la cual, se obtiene una muestra de empresas lácteas cántabras. Con esa muestra que menciono, se realiza el estudio económico y financiero objeto del trabajo y se extraen los ratios necesarios para poder sacar conclusiones pertinentes del sector y utilizarlas al final del trabajo.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The present protect explains different aspects of the dairy sector. The main purpose of this review is to realize an economic and financial analysis about this sector. Furthermore, it will be explained some general factors that have an influence on it.
First of all, it will talk about the dairy sector in a global view, in which, it will be explained some global factors that have an influence on that sector. Later, it will be illustrated graphics in which you could compare countries as(like) EEUU, New Zealand and Australia. In addition, it will be included the graph about imports and exports of milk products in global terms.
Second, we will observe information related to the dairy sector in a European context, and within that, we will see the current and historical regulation that leads this sector. It will be contrasted interesting graphics about the price evolution of milk, amount of liters collected and exports of the European Union.
Third, it will be explained the importance of this sector inside our country, the origin of the collected milk (cattle, sheep, goats), as well as, the production and consumption in the country.
After giving these different perspectives about dairy sector, it will be developed the economic and financial analysis of the dairy sector in Cantabria. For it, it will be used a database provided by the University of Cantabria., thanks to which, it will be obtained a sample of dairy companies of Cantabria. With this sample that is mentioned, it will be made the economic and financial survey which is one of the objectives of our analysis. Moreover, it will be obtained the necessary ratios in order to draw conclusions about the sector and to use them in the end of the project.},
