abstract = {RESUMEN: El trabajo de fin de grado que me corresponde realizar versa sobre el análisis tanto económico como financiero de uno de los sectores que más destacan dentro del sector turismo en España y fundamentalmente en Cantabria, la Hostelería y los alojamientos similares.
Dicho análisis se refiere a una etapa de tiempo que engloba principalmente los años 2013, 2014 y 2015, no eximiendo la posibilidad de exponer informaciones referidas al presente que ayuden a vislumbrar o sacar conclusiones en el análisis.
La actividad económica Hoteles y alojamientos similares se basa primordialmente en la prestación de servicios de alojamiento ligados en gran medida al turismo, por esa razón se incluye en éste sector.
Para llevar a cabo el trabajo, como ya he comentado al principio de esta introducción, requiere de un estudio tanto económico como financiero del sector. Dentro del estudio económico se muestran informaciones que sirven de introducción para ver la envergadura que tiene en primer lugar el sector turismo en España para progresar con el análisis en la región de Cantabria. En este se exponen datos representativos del sector como son la evolución de los visitantes, de los ingresos, el peso que ejerce sobre el Producto Interior Bruto (PIB) o la importancia de los diferentes subsectores.
El análisis propiamente económico-financiero se centra en el sector más trascendental del turismo (Hoteles y Alojamientos Similares) para lo cual utiliza una selección de empresas influyentes en Cantabria. El periodo que comprende el análisis se refiere a los años 2013 y 2014, ya que existía una limitación al alcance de datos económico-financieros en el año 2015. En este punto se muestran observaciones tanto de las partidas de los Balances de Situación como de las Cuentas de Resultados, estudios financieros de diferentes magnitudes a corto y largo plazo así como comparaciones en los diferentes años objeto de análisis y se someten a examen las rentabilidades.
Como conclusión del trabajo de fin de grado, se recopilan las ideas esenciales que he podido extraer durante el análisis económico-financiero del sector que me atañe y se proponen posibles opiniones que aspiran ser de utilidad para las empresas del sector hotelero en Cantabria.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The final Project that I have been working on is basicly about the Economic and financial analysis os the turistic sector in Spain, but essentially in Cantabria, the hospitality and similar accomodations.
This analysis is refered to a particular time stage which involvez mainly the 2013, 2014 and 2015 years. Although it would be allowed to mention some informations about the current situation of the turism in order to get certain conclusions.
The economic activity Hotels and Similar Housings is crucially based on the provision of accomodation services related to turism, that is why it is included in this sector.
In order to do this project, as I said at the very begining requires an economic analysis as well as financial. Within the Economic part, some informations are relevant to show how important is the turistic sector in Spain, going directly through the región of Cantabria. In this particular area representative information of the sector is exposed since it is the evolution of the visitors, of the income, the weight that he exercises on the Gross domestic product (GDP) or the importance of the different subsectors.
The properly economic - financial analysis centres on the most transcendental sector of the tourism (Hotels and Similar Housings) for which uses a selection of influential companies in Cantabria. The period that understands the analysis is the years 2013 and 2014, since a limitation existed within reach of economic - financial information in the year 2015. In this point observations appear so much of the items of the Balance sheets of Situation as of the Accounts of Results, financial studies of different magnitudes in the short and long term as well as comparisons in the different years that are object of analysis and the profitabilities surrender to examination.
As conclusion of the work of end of degree, there are compiled the essential ideas that I could have extracted during the economic - financial analysis of the sector and there are proposed opinions that they inhale to be of usefulness for the companies of the hotel sector in Cantabria.},
