abstract = {RESUMEN: El presente trabajo titulado “Regulación Bancaria Española: Análisis y evolución” trata de introducirnos al principal organismo regulador bancario de nuestro país, el Banco de España.
Está estructurado en varios capítulos a través de los cuales veremos diferentes aspectos del Banco de España.
En primer lugar, lo enmarcaremos dentro del Sistema Regulador Financiero existente en España, pudiendo ver a grandes rasgos los diferentes organismos que lo componen, entre los cuales se encuentra el Banco de España.
Seguidamente, comentaremos la historia del Banco de España, desde su nacimiento en el siglo XVIII hasta nuestros días, así como la estructura actual en torno a la cual se rige dicho organismo.
Una vez hecha esta introducción, analizaremos las diferentes actuaciones que se han producido desde el Banco de España frente a la crisis económico-financiera que ha azotado España durante la última década: veremos las características y situaciones que dieron lugar al desencadenamiento de la crisis, las actuaciones previas del Banco de España, y las reacciones que se han dado desde el mismo.
Después de realizar el análisis a nivel nacional, lo enmarcaremos dentro del panorama europeo, ya que son inentendible las medidas adoptadas a nivel nacional sin verlas desde la perspectiva de Unión Europea donde nos hayamos. Veremos también los tratados de Basilea, que vienen dados a nivel mundial.
Acto seguido, propondremos un cambio en la estructuración de nuestro Sistema Regulador Financiero que pueda ayudar a gestionar de manera más eficiente los problemas que puedan darse tanto por parte de los mercados como por parte de los usuarios de los mismos.
Finalmente, redactaremos una serie de conclusiones personales al trabajo realizado.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: The present work entitled "Spanish Bank Regulation: Analysis and development" seeks to introduce us to the most important bank regulatory organism in our country: the Spanish Bank.
It is structured in different chapters through wich we will be able to see different aspects of the Spanish Bank.
First of all, we will try to place it inside the Financial Regulatory System wich exists in Spain, analysing, not deeply, the different agencies that are inside it, among wich is the Spanish Bank.
Next, we will tell the history of the Spanish Bank, from its creation in the XVIII century to the current times, and we will also describe the present structure around the Bank is made.
Once we have made this introduction, we will analyse the different behaviours wich have been done from the Spanish Bank to fight the economic-financial crisis that has hitten Spain along this decade: we will see the caracteristics and situations that gave birth to this crisis, the previous actions of the Spanish Bank, and the reactions that have been given from itself.
After we have built the national analysis, we will mix it with the currently european situation, because we won’t be able to understand the decisions taken from national agencies without seeing them from the European Union’s perspective, where we are. We will also describe the Basilea’s treatments, wich are made from global levels.
In the next chapter, we will propose an structural change in our Financial Regulator System wich may help to manage on a more eficient way troubles that can appear on markets, but also on users of that markets.
Finally, we will write a series of personal conclusions to the work made.},
